Terms and Conditions

Solluni Pro is for salons to purchase products for resale to customers. You must create an account and be approved before ordering any products wholesale from us.

Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum order value. There is a minimum order quantity of 3 of each item purchased, excluding the backbar.

How to Place an Order

  1. Submit your order via our wholesale site at Sollunipro.com. You must be a registered user to view this site. If you have not yet registered, please email [email protected].
  2. Email [email protected] with your order, account number and preferred payment method.


Products or goods purchased from Solluni shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Solluni LLC 2578 Quarry Lake Drive, Baltimore, MD 21209. and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis. The backbar products are not for resale at all. Selling items below MSRP or selling ‘not for resale’ products will result in immediate termination of your account.

Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and all authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.


Returns are not accepted for ordered products. Should there be an issue with your order, please email [email protected]


Payment is due before the order can be shipped. We can charge your credit card on file from when you set up the account or you may mail a check to Solluni LLC attn: Order Department 2578 Quarry Lake Drive, Baltimore, MD 21209. We currently do not extend credit for purchases.


Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time you place your order for completion of the shipping. Larger orders may require more time. Please contact our sales team for information on availability.


Customers pay shipping costs. Local pick up or delivery may be available depending on your location. We will make every effort to pass on savings on shipping should it be available. Items will not ship until the invoiced amount is paid in full.


We do not ship international orders at this time.

Shipping Errors

Please contact us if there is any error with your shipment. Items may be exchanged for the correct product if the error was the fault of Solluni LLC.


If any items are backordered, we will let you know immediately. You will not be charged for the product until it is available and ready to ship.
